This product, along with the Trader Order Book Engine, provides a core backend server for providing workstation-trading functionality. This product is considered by most to be the fastest MBX engine on the market, and we all know that in the trading environment, time is definitely money! The other great advantage of this MBX engine is that it provides FULL market depth. Currently most systems have a limit to the depth of orders that they are able to keep track of. In the case of high volume stocks that are trading / to trade in penny increments, this "limited market depth" can be extremely detrimental to a trader as only the first 5-10 levels of the market are displayed. When trading in a penny stock, 10 levels might only show orders with +/- 10 cents of the current bid and ask. This limitation could effectively blind a trader to the true state of the trading engine market book.
